Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork
  2. Strong understanding of lead generation and proposal writing
  3. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a strong plus
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  1. Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation:
    • Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
    • Write compelling, tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
    • Maintain and manage an active bidding pipeline with timely follow-ups.
  2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:
    • Communicate with prospects to understand project requirements.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  3. LinkedIn Sales (Preferred):
    • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and pitch to potential clients.
    • Engage in cold outreach and follow-ups to generate new leads.
  4. Sales Performance & Targets:
    • Consistently work toward achieving monthly and quarterly business development goals as defined by the company.
    • Secure new projects in alignment with team and organizational targets.
    • Actively contribute to revenue growth through quality lead conversion and client acquisition.
  5. Sales Reporting & Coordination:
    • Track bid success rates, conversion ratios, and prepare performance reports.
    • Coordinate with project and technical teams to align client expectations and project deliverables.
  6. Market Research & Strategy:
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Recommend improvements in proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
  7. CRM & Documentation:
    • Maintain proper documentation of interactions, proposals, and client data in CRM tools.
