Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork
- Strong understanding of lead generation and proposal writing
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling, tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
- Maintain and manage an active bidding pipeline with timely follow-ups.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Communicate with prospects to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- LinkedIn Sales (Preferred):
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and pitch to potential clients.
- Engage in cold outreach and follow-ups to generate new leads.
- Sales Performance & Targets:
- Consistently work toward achieving monthly and quarterly business development goals as defined by the company.
- Secure new projects in alignment with team and organizational targets.
- Actively contribute to revenue growth through quality lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Sales Reporting & Coordination:
- Track bid success rates, conversion ratios, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams to align client expectations and project deliverables.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Recommend improvements in proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
- CRM & Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions, proposals, and client data in CRM tools.
